Live Printing

Live Printing sessions allow you to dive in and get a little bit inky. You can have a go at printing a poster on an antique Letterpress machine, stencilling a Fijian Masi pattern, screen printing a t-shirt, seeing Techno Tapa in action and adding your portrait to a large, collaborative installation piece.

Our Live Printing activities are all free, drop-in sessions, suitable for every age and skill level.

Live Printing will be located at Studio One Toi Tū and The Button Factory on Saturday and Sunday 12pm – 4pm.

Work Shops

Learn more about a particular printmaking technique by joining one of our Print Workshops led by experienced, established and emerging artists. We have a curated selection of workshops exploring monoprinting, drypoint, relief, ceramics and artist books.

Many techniques are simple enough to be continued at home or in a shared studio space, with a focus on using sustainable, non-toxic inks and materials.

Tickets go on sale for workshops on 1 February 2026. Tickets available from Eventfinda.co.nz
